ALERT NO. 1:  MICROSTRATEGY ALTERNATIVE PLAY

I’m a big proponent of investing in MicroStrategy (“MSTR”) and in a long MicroStrategy single stock ETF, Tidal Trust II, Defiance Daily Target 2X Long MSTR ETF (“MSTX”).  See https://dwyer70905.substack.com/p/premium-post-6-19-24; and https://dwyer70905.substack.com/p/premium-post-8-23-24. Both are up big.

Other plays modeled after MicroStrategy - which should be viewed as a leveraged way to play Bitcoin - have emerged.  One such play I own is Neptune Digital Assets Corp. (“NPPTF”).  While the ride has been a rollercoaster, it has been profitable.  Neptune Digital  has announced that it will be following the MicroStrategy playbook by using credit to buy Bitcoin.  https://www.stocktitan.net/news/NPPTF/neptune-explores-credit-facilities-up-to-25m-usd-to-maximize-yhtlhe4hcuru.html#.   The stock should be viewed as a very speculative play with a market cap of roughly $94MM (that’s million, not billion) at the time of this writing.  While it is not for the faint of heart, I am bullish.
